Who needs yoga? Everybody. Private yoga sessions can be one on one or can include several of your friends if you choose. It’s your hour where I design a yoga practice to target your area of need. Have a sore back? Tight hamstrings causing a sore back? Shoulder tightness? Pick a body part and there is a yoga pose that will address and improve it and I will show you how.
Do you battle stress, anxiety, depression? Restorative Yoga where we provide props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to set you up in comfortable but muscle releasing poses with very little movement can bring about a sense of peace and calm.
New to yoga? I teach beginners as well as seasoned yogi’s and use my 10 years’ experience to make sure your experience is a positive one. There is a yoga for EVERY body and I specialize in working with the individual needs of the client to bring out that “feel good” yoga moment.
