My name is Debbie Dorr and I am 55 years old. I have been a pharmacy technician for the past 12 years. When I started working out with Heidi, my goal was to build muscle and be able to get up and down easily to play with future grandchildren. I have definitely gotten stronger, and I can tell. I am starting to see muscles in my arms and shoulders. I am most proud of my determination to continue this journey of strength and health. I have made fitness an important part of my day, and I do it first thing in the morning. I was trying to squeeze fitness in after work, or at the end of the day. The workouts weren’t happening. You must make it a priority and put it on your to do list. The best advice I could give someone just starting out is to have patience. Don’t try to do everything at once, set small goals. Small changes here and there end up in better overall health. Heidi is so good at figuring out a plan for you and your goals. She goes above and beyond the workout and is always available for advice. She is always giving me a new challenge, I have never had a boring workout. I used to dread the gym, and now I look forward to it.
