Personal Training is just that, personal. You want to feel comfortable with the coach that you choose. I offer a free consultation so that we have a chance to meet and discuss your goals. Where you want to be and what has held you back in the past from realizing those goals.
I will do a postural analysis by having you stand, walk and squat. You will receive feedback about weaknesses and imbalances in your body that I would initially work to correct through exercise or yoga. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and allows me to present my training program and what to expect.
