Personal Training is just that, personal. You want to feel comfortable with the coach that you choose. I offer a free consultation so that we have a chance to meet and discuss your goals. Where you want to be and what has held you back in the past from realizing those goals.
I will do a postural analysis by having you stand, walk and squat. You will receive feedback about weaknesses and imbalances in your body that I would initially work to correct through exercise or yoga. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and allows me to present my training program and what to expect.
Don’t live local? Don’t fret – I do virtual training anywhere in the world! Virtual Training is not for everyone, so book a free consultation and we will discuss – via Facetime – if virtual training would work for you!
